The location was good and incredible, at a walking distance from St John's Cathedral. I was given small double room with an electric kettle, a personal safe, and iron/ironing board.

They provided a good choice of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. The bed was large, and the room itself was spacious. It was short walk to sea front and town centre, the ferry to the islands, and all the restaurants, the Oban distillery and shops, particularly good location overall.

Thank you for a REAL GOOD stay. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and very pleasant, managed the parking on street. The hotel is situated in the very central location on to what appeared to be the wall of a cave. And it's right by the center of Oban and a lovely pub, good pub quiz on a Wednesday night.

This accommodation had a very central setting close to the station. Also, St John's Cathedral was max 20 minutes walk to. They gave us a double room with private facilities. We greatly enjoyed breakfast that was included.
